Necessary features
Storage is used to provide requested services such as secure sign-in, the shopping cart and checkout, and chat you choose to use. WooCommerce uses woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash for cart state, and wp_woocommerce_session_* to associate a session with a cart. Cart-state cookies normally last for the session; the WooCommerce session cookie normally lasts two days, subject to configuration. Signing in also uses WordPress authentication and preference cookies.
Choices and chat history
Your consent version, statistics permission and save time are kept in localStorage under tp_privacy_v1 for 180 days. This record itself is not sent externally. AI chat history is kept in the current tab's sessionStorage under tp-chat-ja / zh / en and can be cleared in the chat window. Sending chat messages sends conversation content to OpenAI to generate replies. Inquiries submitted to our team are stored in this website's administration system.
Optional traffic-source statistics
WooCommerce referral statistics are activated only after you agree. Cookies including sbjs_current, sbjs_first, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata, sbjs_migrations and sbjs_session store source, campaign and session information. They are normally session-based; sbjs_session defaults to 30 minutes. When an order is placed, corresponding source information may be attached to it.
Payment services
When you use payment services such as Stripe or PayPal, they may use cookies or similar technologies to process payments and prevent fraud. Their handling and retention periods are described in the privacy information provided when using those services. Declining traffic statistics does not prevent necessary payment processing.
Changing your choice and contacting us
Optional statistics are off on your first visit. Choose Necessary only, Accept all, or set your preference in Cookie settings. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent. You can withdraw statistics permission at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops further statistics and removes the statistics cookies managed by this feature.
